Hello, my name is Jazmin Middlebrook, and I am a married mother of three children, aged 19, 14, and 4. I was born, raised, and continue to reside in sunny Southern California.

I hold a degree in Sociology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Shortly after graduation, I embarked on a career as a provider of social services within the local government agencies of California. My work with socioeconomically disadvantaged populations has endowed me with a profound sense of empathy and underscored the significance of treating individuals with kindness and compassion.

In this team, I will be supporting Mandisa Pittmon, LMFT, by handling clerical tasks pertinent to her practice. I am eager to assist you with your scheduling requirements, address any insurance inquiries, and aid in the completion of third-party forms.
